Shipping policy

Where we ship: France, all European Union countries, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Shipping cost: tracked shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. If any charge ever applied, it would always be shown before you confirm your order.

Processing and delivery: your order is prepared and shipped by our logistics partner. Delivery times depend on your destination. As soon as your parcel ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it. For customers in France and the European Union, your order will in any case be delivered no later than 30 days after your order is confirmed.

Import duties and taxes (United States, Canada, United Kingdom): depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes collected by customs or the carrier. Unless shown at checkout, these charges are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.

Late or missing delivery: if your parcel has not arrived when expected, contact us at contact@hushwoven.com with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier. Customers in the European Union may also, after giving us a reasonable additional period, cancel the order and receive a full refund within 14 days (articles L.216-6 and L.216-7 of the French Consumer Code).

Damaged parcel: the risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you receive the parcel. If it arrives damaged, take a photo and email us at contact@hushwoven.com with your order number: we will offer a replacement or a refund.
