Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and return it, without giving a reason and without any penalty. This applies wherever you live (for customers in the European Union, under articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

How to cancel your order

Before the 14 days are up, tell us clearly that you wish to cancel: use our online withdrawal form, email us at contact@hushwoven.com with your order number, or use the model form below. We send you an email acknowledgement without delay.
We send you the return address.
Send the product back no later than 14 days after telling us, complete and in good condition.

Return costs

The direct cost of returning the product is paid by you. We recommend a tracked shipment: the parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it.

Refund

We refund all amounts paid, including any original delivery charges, no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision, using the same payment method as your order. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or you provide proof that you have sent it back. You may be held liable for any loss in value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and condition.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Email us at contact@hushwoven.com with a photo: we offer a replacement or a refund, and the return costs are then paid by us. Customers in the European Union also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects, described in our Terms of sale.

Exchanges

To change your set or color, return the item using the procedure above, then place a new order.
